With market share of less than 5% in the highly competitive telecom marketplace, Intecom found itself with flat sales from a core product in a dying category. Working with Intecom’s senior management, Bustin & Co. repositioned the company as a customer-centric eCommunication solutions provider. Central to the implementation of this new strategy – including an updated identity and a branded suite of products and services – was a product migration to contact center solutions offerings. The company achieved 12% revenue growth in a year when the category fell 15%.
