
As strategic advisor to Mrs Baird’s Bakeries for four years, Bustin & Co. worked with the company on many of its most important initiatives, including two of the biggest product launches ever and a restructuring of Mrs Baird’s existing product lines to achieve alignment with snack trends. For the product restructuring, Bustin & Co. concepted new products and developed a market-sizing strategy, created a new brand portfolio and repositioned existing products, resulting in a profit increase within the portfolio of more than 20%.
