3 Rules of Accountability

Tuesday, May 08, 2012

When you don’t get the results you want, the three most likely reasons start with you.

The #1 rule to achieve accountability is that the expectations must be clear. If you’re not getting the results you want, ask yourself how clearly and specifically you communicated what you wanted done and when you wanted it.

So before blaming others for their lack accountability, remember the old adage that when you point your finger, three fingers point back at you.
